Killer Solo
How's this? I managed to get my hands on this taunt temporarily. I thought that taunting twice is good as it shows that there is more than one sax music track that plays. I do however have footage of him taunting only once though, if you prefer that. Obilisk 21:08, 21 March 2015 (PDT)

- I don't know, but, Grappling Hook is having several changes each update, so every time an update releases, it would be need to re-made the entire video. In my opinion, I would wait until Mannpower to release it completely before doing a Weapon Demonstration video. ▪ - 08:37, 16 March 2015 (PDT)

Or here's another idea: Show one class conga-ing by himself, then show all nine classes in a row conga-ing? You'd need eight other human players connected to a server running the special tr_target map, though. Anyone got some other ideas? Oh! You could use the High Five! taunt demonstration as a guide... How's this example clip? There are just a couple of things you should take note of.
- The taunt menu is missing. - This is just the usual recording bug. If you like how this clip is set up I will re record all the footage, and fix the menu.
- The 'puppets' all have their melee out. I did this because TF2 seems to be doing the disappearing weapons glitch after taunting, however the melee weapons don't disappear for nearly as long, or even not at all sometimes. I thought that keeping them with their melee out is the best way to get around the glitch.
In this clip, as you can see I join back into the taunt with the Blu scout, when I first recorded all the footage, I thought that it kinda worked well to join back into the taunt at the end of each of the clips, alternating between the two teams. (Scout joins in taunt with BLU scout, Soldier in the next clip joins in with the RED scout and so on) - Do you agree with this? Or should I alter this? I was thinking that after each of the 9 classes do clips identical to this one, I would then have a final clip of one of each class, say 4 REDs and 5 BLUs all join into one massive conga for a while. - Sounds good to me. Clip looks fine, though for the other classes no need to spend time doing the initial conga attempt where no one follows. It's good for the taunts because it plays the failure line or animation, but the conga one doesn't have such a thing. — Wind 21:02, 27 April 2015 (PDT)

Boston Boom-Bringer
Demonstration of how the sound effect works
Pardon me if I'm putting in the wrong place, but I noticed that Infernal Orchestrina includes the demonstration. I know that was for a pyroland item, but what if the Boston Boom-Bringer had a demonstration video where it shows the sound effect that is played when taunting? Just like the Orchestrina had (albeit the Pyroland thing). There is several sound effects, though, so all of them has to be played. ▪ - 21:32, 26 March 2015 (PDT)

- Equivalently, with the Eureka Effect you upgrade other Engineers' buildings at the slower rate. I think it's pretty clear from the item description that the lower upgrade rate is a property of the weapon itself, rather than a property of the buildings that the Engineers equipping it can build. The summary of the page states "The player will also perform this taunt when hit by a critical hit from the Holiday Punch, or randomly when taunting on the first day of April of any year.", shouldn't this be on the video too, to show that the same animation is played in other situations? ▪ - 10:31, 31 March 2015 (PDT)
- In my opinion I don't believe either are necessary. Firstly showing that taunting on April fools is rather hard to demonstrate, as we would have to like somehow show the date by alt-tabbing TF2 or something. And the Holiday Punch demonstration show's the laugh, I'm sure people will see it's the same. Though it may be worth showing the Holiday punch, but I don't really see it being nessasary. - The demonstration video demonstrates an item, not an animation. The fact that the animation is reused for other things doesn't mean they should be shown in the video. The Holiday Punch video already demonstrates that the same animation plays. The April 1st thing might be nice to show, but it's a pretty small detail. Might be worth including in the next redo of the video, but by itself it's not enough. How's this? Do you think it's worth showing an additional clip of shooting a spy? I just thought it could be worth showing that shooting a spy doesn't show any health "+" symbol from the medics POV and the needle hits him as usual and does damage. - If we do decide to show this clip is it worth having the Spy's POV as well?

I thought that it was a good idea to put the new clip before the airblast clips. - I had to put the spy's POV on the left otherwise it would block the entire crossbow and most of the Medic's POV, in my opinion the size of the Spy's POV screen is a good size as viewers can clearly see the Spy's health being shown. Another thing too, it appears the spy has the medic's weapons below him when he disguises, I'm pretty sure this is just a bug on Valve's end, as I could not find a solution to fixing it. "Not Tradable" tag does not show on the loadout
I'm not sure if this is a big thing to change, but there is no tag about that is not tradable. I'm pretty sure that the author of the demonstration made a mod to replace something else (because it's not a common item and it's not able to obtain it anymore, and if it was gifted, the name of the gift author would appear too). I don't know about it, really. (The level is also 20, and not 28) ▪ - 15:46, 28 March 2015 (PDT)

Sniper Rifle Demonstrations
I noticed after watching the demonstrations for all of the Sniper primaries other than the Huntsman that there is an inconstancy in how it is actually demonstrated. In some videos, it's a fully charged headshot on Soldier and half charged headshot on Medic, while in others it shows both a fully charged bodyshot and half charged bodyshot on Soldier and Medic respectively. I personally think the bodyshot method works best, but whichever we choose, we should standardize the videos. The way it is doesn't look good. TheTdw2000 (talk) 17:21, 7 May 2015 (PDT)

Why isn't the map download for a .bsp?

New Taunt Menu
I know that this issue has been sort-of answered in the Schadenfreude and Shred Alert proposals, but I'm going to ask this: Shouldn't we update the demonstrations for those items? I mean, we redid the Wrench and Crusader's Crossbow demonstrations due to the description change (that only appears in the beginning of the video) but we aren't redoing demonstrations for the new taunt menu that is shown throughout the video? And don't forget the fact that the loadout screen for taunts has changed (they are no longer action items).TheTdw2000 (talk) 14:30, 18 April 2015 (PDT)
- I think the main reason the demonstrations were declined at the time is because the update added a lot of more important demonstrations to redo, and effort on these two demonstrations would be better put in the more needed demonstrations at the time.
