Synopsis
The story takes place on Gray Gravel Company's island. It starts with Gray, who is paying the Heavy (Classic) for their services so far, discussing about the whereabouts of the Administrator and also where the Australium has gone. Heavy begins questioning Gray's intentions of world domination, since he contemplates that he won't live long enough to enjoy it. Gray doesn't disclose much information, but mentions that he estimates that he will be around 150 years old by the moment he manages to take over the world. Heavy begins asking with suspicion about the precious metal they were hired to look for. Though Gray suggest him to keep doing his job and get paid, Heavy has figured out that it's the australium that keeps Gray alive, and since he and his team are now aged, he decides that Gray won't get the australium, but the Classic team will.
Meanwhile, a bloodied, chained Soldier is under interrogation by the TFC Pyro (a lady now known as Beatrice) for information on the Administrator's location. Soldier, though reluctant to tell, accidentally reveals that though he really does not know where the Administrator is, Miss Pauling knows. Zhanna, also tied up nearby, asks to be tortured instead of the Soldier, but Beatrice declines and continues on torturing him. Heavy (Classic) walks in with Gray in his hand and asks Beatrice to torture him, before ripping out his life extending machine, then leaving the room. Zhanna spots a glass shard on the floor and uses it to break free from her handcuffs. She then throws the drill gun out of the TFC Pyro's hand and jams an incendiary grenade into her suit, also putting her mask back on before the grenade detonates, reducing Beatrice to ashes. As she is thanked by the Soldier, she shows that she actually cut her hand off to free herself, which the Soilder praises her for. Zhanna thanks the Soldier for this and they start to leave the room, but Gray interrupts them and begs of them to take him to Miss Pauling.
Demoman is then shown chained up, but speaking to a few of his own body organs in an hallucination. His liver leaves him, then Demo commands his heart to replace it, and his lungs to prevent his liver from coming back, since it isn't welcome anymore.
During Demoman's dream, Pyro, Miss Pauling and Spy are shown chained up with him as well in a cell. Miss Pauling mentions about how she managed to get the team captured, she's grieved by it. After Spy attempts to comfort her, she starts to weep. He offers her to commit suicide with him by means of a cyanide molar in the Spy's mouth. As Spy is about to spit a piece of the molar on Pauling's mouth, Heavy bursts in, saying then that that there are thousands of robots patrolling the island. Spy spits the cyanide to the floor. Heavy then offers to sacrifice himself to save Miss Pauling and the others. Pauling then discloses Heavy the coordinates where they were supposed to meet the administrator, and proceeds to unchain Spy. At this moment, Demoman (Classic) runs into the room with a ringing telephone, and Heavy starts to fade into the TFC Spy. The Spy (Classic) collects the call and gets informed about Beatrice's fate, also he communicates to the other person on the line the coordinates where the administrator would be found. Spy (Classic) then orders the TFC Demoman to kill the rest of the surviving classes. However, as he is leaving, he is attacked by Zhanna and Soldier. Zhanna punches the Spy with her stump, which doesn't work. Soldier then steps in and snaps TFC Spy's neck with a single punch, killing him. Demoman (Classic) then grabs Miss Pauling and threatens to shoot her unless Zhanna puts the Shotgun down. Zhanna complies, lowering the Shotgun, only to suddenly punch Pauling in the face, and knocking Demo to the ground, where he gets strangled by the Spy with his chains. Soldier checks on Pauling, who actually died from the punch, just to soon reanimate as Soldier's poking her. After she comes back, Soldier shows Gray to her, afterwards, Zhanna and him get distracted by a toilet. Upon dying, Gray requests them to stop the administrator, since according to him, her plans are even more grim than his. Miss Pauling defends her, giving an emotive speech mentioning how she worked for her for so long, and followed all of her demands, before Spy interrupts her, informing Pauling that Gray actually perished about two minutes ago, and didn't hear her words.
The comic cuts to the Medic standing next to an operating table where Sniper's body is. Sniper is then shown in Heaven with his adopted parents, who say that though they want him to stay, there's still much work on earth that needs to be done by a professional like him. Sniper wakes back up on the operating table, with stitches all across his torso. Medic, surprised, calls it his "crowning medical achievement" before Sniper throttles him in rage for betraying the team. Medic says that he had just picked a new job with the Classic team since his previous team was dissolved and they needed a Medic. He also tells that he didn't kill him, and states that he only smiled because he was happy to see him. Sniper wonders if the vision he had of his adopted parents was real, Medic states that it was a hallucination produced before brain death, though Sniper disregards that and claims himself as the most dangerous man on the island. As Medic begins to comment on Sniper's condition, Heavy (Classic) bursts in and questions the Medic on why Sniper is alive. Medic begins to explain about how he needed Sniper's body, while Archimedes flies and settles on Heavy's shoulder. The Heavy then grabs Archimedes and throws him to the ground, killing him. Whilst Medic is in the process of resurrecting Archimedes, the Heavy talks about how Medic wasted the medical budget on organ parts, experimenting and bringing the Sniper back to life. Suddenly, an alarm is set off, and Heavy gets the call that the team has killed three Classic mercenaries. Heavy turns round to the Medic and informs that the remaining Classic team are going to find them and Medic offers to join in. Heavy declines the offer and asks Medic to kill Sniper, but unfortunately, Sniper had escaped prior. Raged, Heavy tears off an throws to the ground Medic's Medi Gun, and commands him to not leave the room. Archimedes coos at Medic, who responds that he couldn't agree more, implying that he too, wants to get rid of TFC Heavy.
As the team are making their escape from the base, the (Classic) Heavy speaks to them via screens scattered around the site. He tells about Gray's plan to invade Australia, but also points out that he couldn't understand the reason for the invasion, given that the Administrator had already taken it. He then also states that there is some Australium left in the people though, and that Gray made masses of robots to suck the Australium out of their bodies. The team then encounter the robots behind the corner, which grab on them and start to suck their blood out.
