[YF] Humbug's Fortress
- Everything is a "bigger deal": Everything is slower, but bigger and more meaningful/consequential.
- Ammo is a scarcer and clips are smaller, so every shot counts for more.
- Every class has a "hat" weapon slot.
- All hitscan weapons leave team-coloured tracers of varying brightness.
- All weapons are unique (all weapons have different base stats, even if not stated in a weapon's attributes)
