Dr. Grordbort's Victory Pack was a pack of Soldier items released on July 20, 2011 Patch. It was created in collaboration between Weta Workshop and Valve, and is based on Dr. Grordbort's Infallible Aether Oscillators.
As with most packs, the items are available via drop, craft, and purchase. Anyone who purchases the pack through the Mann Co. Store will receive Dr. Grordbort's Crest. In addition, those who visited the Weta stand on the corner of the Dark Horse booth at San Diego Comic Con 2011 were able to obtain a promo code for a free Genuine quality Righteous Bison.[1]

Trivia
- The items went missing from Dr. Grordbort's shipment as reported in his missing shipment manifest. The rocket seems to have come from an alternate universe via irregularities in the space time fabric somewhere north of Earth[2] in the year 1911.[1]
