Speed

Does anybody know the precise speed that the Victory Lap moves at? To me, it appears to move at the same speed as the Heavy across all classes, but I'm not entirely certain. I'm asking partly because it'd be a neat bit of trivia if this could find an obscure, theoretical use of lowering Heavy's head hitbox to dodge Sniper headshots at no significant cost (ZOMG!!!
