Category mangling

To prevent userspace drafts/sandboxes from appearing in main space categories, I recommend a practice I picked up in Wikipedia Draft: space.

Placing a colon at the begining of a category link prevents the page from being in the category, but instead makes a link to the category's page.

With the colon in place, a red link would show any problem with the link; for example:

• [[:Category:Wiki cap owners]] appears as Category:Wiki cap owners allowing the user to preview the error.
• [[:Category:Wiki Cap owners]] appears as Category:Wiki Cap owners
