The Grimm Hatte is a community-created headwear item for the Medic. It is a plague doctor's hat, similar to those worn by doctors during the Template:W.

- The hat was submitted with the name "Grimm Gravedigger".
- "Grimm" is a reference to the Template:W, who wrote tales that were centered on death.
