Mann-Conomy Update

The Mann-Conomy Update was released on September 30, 2010 (September 30, 2010 Patch). It contains all of the Polycount Pack items as well as a few extras. It also introduced the Mann Store and item trading.
Also note that not every hat is available for purchase in the Mann Store.
It also contains some special items that can be "used" on other items, such as the Name Tag (which sets the name of the item) and Paint Cans. There are also items that are used while on a server, such as presents, with give random items, and the Dueling Mini-Game items, witch initiate a duel.
