The Grizzled Veteran is a Miscellaneous medal wearable by all classes awarded by Valve to the Team Fortress 2 community as part of their 119th Update Celebration, as well as the Soldier of Fortune and Mercenary. It is a gold, rectangular medal worn on the class's chest. The Grizzled Veteran is awarded to players who played Team Fortress 2 for the first time within 3 months of its initial release.
