Dr's Dapper Topper is an unlockable headwear item for the Soldier. It is a tall, wide-brimmed top hat with alternating white and red stripes, much like the Cat in the Hat.
Trivia
- The hat is an obvious reference to the children's fictional book character Template:W, created by American children book author and cartoonist Template:W.
- The "Dr" in the item name also refers to "Dr. Seuss", being one of the pen names to Theodor Seuss Geisel. The entire name "Dr Dapper Topper" is however most likely honoring Theodor Seuss Geisel's famous writing style, where he used the technique of using words made himself as a way to describe a thing or person in a distinct way.
