The Capo's Capper is a community-created headwear item for the Heavy. It is a black trilby sporting a white striped pattern fabric, with the brim turned down to cover the face. There is a small notch in the brim, indicating that the hat is well worn.

- A Template:W is a high ranking member of a Mafia family, who usually serves as a direct aid to the Mob boss.
- The Capo's Capper was originally named the Template:W Capper, and gave the Heavy a cigar. [1]
- This hat uses a modified mesh of the Fancy Fedora, and an identical UV Map.
