Splitscreen HUD
Here you go. Currently it only modifies the left panel (the one with health and the picture of your current class), and I'm not even sure if it works correctly for spies, since they have some added elements on this panel. If you need all the other UI elements to be shown, I'll be glad to work on this HUD some more. :3 — Zhnigo 23:09, 27 February 2011 (UTC)
- A second version. This should hopefully affect all the HUD elements. Let me know about bugs. And don't forget to delete the previous one. :3 — Zhnigo 08:06, 28 February 2011 (UTC)
I'll gladly share the 3x2 splitscreen HUD, but I just don't know where I can host it permanently. Most hosting sites will delete it in a couple of weeks. — Zhnigo 12:32, 21 August 2011 (PDT)
- Meanwhile, here you go: [1]. Let me know if you experience problems. Which weapon do you intend to demonstrate, anyway? :3 — Zhnigo 12:49, 21 August 2011 (PDT)

Borrow My Maul?
I see the Maul is the only weapon you don't have, do you want to borrow mine to make a weapon video for it or is this already something that has been covered? Just let me know. SS2R 10:04, 8 August 2011 (PDT)

Cloak and Dagger Video
Well the Cloak and Dagger video does require some 3rd person view - and it's the only one left. I thought we can make it together. After all you did like 99.99999% of the demos. :D Atlas 12:09, 5 April 2012 (PDT)
- I do my third person views by recording demos from multiple accounts running at the same time on my computer. It allows for more precision, and allows me to work on my own schedule. Also, I'd have to find a server running tr_target_weaponref_hdr to work with someone else, and that's too much work for me. — Armisael (T | C) 13:47, 5 April 2012 (PDT)
Disguise
The video that I added demonstrated the complete range of disguised weapon reloading, something that the original video was trying to convey and the the Disguise Kit Weapon Demonstration does not adequately cover. I had already suggested having this segment added to the Disguise Kit Weapon demonstration, but it was deemed to long to include. As it stands, it does not show the more technical aspects of weapon reloading under the influence of a disguise and merely repeats the same information as from the Disguise Kit page. Upgrade 10:10, 6 April 2012 (PDT)
- The video that was present presents very little information beyond what is in the weapon demonstration video. It is sufficient to note that the spy replicates the reloading animation of the disguise, which is shown in the weapon demonstration video. — Armisael (T | C) 11:39, 6 April 2012 (PDT)
- The original video demonstrated one of the more technical mechanics of the Disguise Kit that effectively replaced the insanely long passage (all the way from the TF2Wiki) that described how believable each of the reloading actions were. It may be adequate to describe that the Spy can reload his fake weapon, but it leaves much up to imagination. The Electro-sapper video directly shows the separate animations in order to demonstrate another technical mechanic of placing a sapper while disguised.
- The current demonstration briefly skims over the animation and only for the Medic, which I had addressed in the Talk page. It is unlikely that a long separate demonstration could be added to the already long video, which as Wind said "comprehensiveness...is a desirable property but is not the main goal of weapon demonstration".
- Again, I reiterate that this video helps to illustrate something that a player may have questions about, but would unable to see for himself due to the fact it is only visible to the enemy team and that it would require quite a bit of familiarity with the Developer's Console in order to view. Upgrade 13:56, 6 April 2012 (PDT)
- As you mentioned, the video on that page dated back to TF2wiki, well before the weapon demonstration project started; just as Compression Blast cites the flamethrower video for an example, Disguise cites the disguise kit video.
- However, maybe this page does need a video to go into excruciating detail showing every possible reload animation. I'll leave that matter to others to decide (I summon thee, IRC!). If so, it should be done properly (ie, no english text, on tr_target_weaponref_hdr), in 720p with decent sound quality, and on the wiki channel. — Armisael (T | C) 14:35, 6 April 2012 (PDT)
