Shield bonus

In-game it doesn't show this 10% stacking with the resistance bonus of either of the shields under Current On-Wearer Attributes. Is this a bug and it DOES still add 10% more? Or does it not? Redjarman 12:38, 18 July 2012 (PDT)

No bonus

So I believe there is a bug with the Expert's Ordnance item set. Now in the class load out screen I have the Lock-n-Load, Stickybomb launcher, and the Ullapool caber equipped. Under the active effects I don't have any. One thing I do need to make note of that my Lock-n-Load is vintage while my Ullapool caber is not. Is the game not allowing me to have the bonus or not showing that I have it in the active effects.
