The AWPer Hand is a presumed promotional item for the Sniper. It is an AI Arctic Warfare Police sniper rifle, used in Counter Strike: Global Offensive under its abbreviation AWP. It is currently not distributed.

Update history

The description references the fact the AWP is commonly banned in Counter Strike and Counter Strike: Source servers.
The weapon's name is a play on "upper hand", referencing the advantage AWP users have, due to its immense stopping power.
The weapon model is ripped straight out of Counter Strike: Global Offensive, but the textures were edited to fit Team Fortress 2's art style.
