Action items are a new type of item, filling the previously-named Misc2 slot. Action items were introduced in the Mann-Conomy Update. Unlike other items of the backpack, these have a limited use and grant some kind of reward either to the player or to some other people in the server. As of now they host only one duel minigame, a feature that is being examined by Valve in order to decide the addition of more minigames in future updates. Action Items can all be bought on Mann Co. Store, but the duel minigame might also drop randomly during gameplay.
