De Platinum Dueling Badge is een level 4 [Miscellaneous badge], uitgebracht als deel van de Mann-Conomy Update. Hij ziet er uit als een platina, rechthoekige badge die zich op de borst bevindt. De medaille is toegekend nadat een speler level 75 heeft bereikt met de Gold Dueling Badge.
De badge laat ook zien hoeveel percentage van de duels gewonnen is, hoelaat, de datum, resultaat, en tegenstander in het laatste duel.
Als de badge is verwijderd, zal er een nieuwe worden toegekend zodra je een nieuw duel hebt afgemaakt. Deze badge zal dezelfde status hebben als de vorige, alleen is de datum nu veranderd naar de datum van je laatste duel.

- This medal resembles the Primeval Warrior badge, but this badge has a single, all-class form.
- This item still shows the "B" of "Beta" on it, like the Primeval Warrior.
- 740 dueling wins are required to win this badge.
- Not including random drops and being challenged by other players rather than challenging (but including the 1 rewarded dueling game for every 10 wins), the lowest possible amount of money a player can spend on the Dueling Mini-Game in order to get this badge would be $132.65 (132.66€, £79.06) which is the cost of buying 670 duels (134 sets of 5) and having 3 extra duels left. A player would need to win every duel to achieve that price, though.
