Chemistry Sets
Chemistry Sets are a in-game drop item released in the August 27, 2013 Patch.

Chemistry Sets are tools that requires you to get 10 weapons and craft them to get the item. The weapons consists of 9 Unique weapons and 1 Strange weapon. For instance, I got:
x5 Jarate x1 Lolichop x2 Flare Gun x1 Persian Persuader x1 Strange Dead Ringer
And I would get:
x1 Camera Beard Strangifier
List of Strangifiers: Archimedes Strangifier Camera Beard Strangifier
The Strangifier is basically like Strange Bacon Grease on an Unique Frying Pan only that this is used on hats and misc items.
