Ghastlier Gibus

The Ghastlier Gibus is a Halloween Special Event item that has upgraded the Ghastly Gibus owners of 2009. The upgraded hat sports a new decoration on the hat itself. This item cannot be traded, however it can be used with the Name Tag, Description Tag, and Paint.

In the Backpack it carries a description of "Even more ghastly."
