The Gabe Glasses are a community-created miscellaneous item for the Heavy. They are a pair of wire-framed reading glasses similar to the ones worn by Gabe Newell, the co-founder and managing director of Valve.
The Gabe Glasses were contributed to the game via the Steam Workshop under the name "Honcho's Heavy Reader".
