The Spine-Chilling Skull is a headwear item available to all classes. It can be purchased from the Mann Co. Store only during the Scream Fortress event, running between the 27th of October and the 8th of November 2010. It also has a 1 in 4 chance of being crafted if an Unusual Haunted Metal Scrap is used alongside 4 Refined Metal.
Trivia
- This hat is always level 31, presumably because Halloween occurs on October 31st.
- According to Valve, this hat was modeled by the same man that made Gollum's face in the Lord of the Rings films.
