Costume Transmogrifier are a set of Items used to change 2013 Halloween Costume Items into Class Costume Items.
They were added During the Halloween 2013 - Update.
There are 9 Different Versions, one for every Class.

For Example, if one uses a Demo Costume Transmogrifier on a Scout 2013-Costume, It will be replaced with a Demoman 2013-Costume.
