The Haunted Halloween Gift is a random drop event that occurs during the 2010 Halloween Event in Mann Manor. It has the appearance of a large, translucent present that spawns on the map in a random location every 5 minutes 20 seconds. The player who finds the gift first receives a random drop of one of the Halloween Masks. Ten players are required to be present on the server before a Gift will spawn.

Trivia
- The gift has been confirmed to spawn in the RED spawn room.
- When present is translucent, it can't be taken by any player. When it is, many players can stand on in. When the gift becomes visible, it's given to random player standing on it.
