Would it be at all appropriate to mention that this is clearly a reference to My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic? Or how the mane even slightly resembles Pinkie Pie's/Fluttershy's

(Why did i know this would come?) Back on topic, I still don't think its a reference. Sure valve makes the lines but probably in a different way. Not to reference a show.
