The Grease Monkey is a headwear item for the Engineer.
It replaces the Engineer's head with that of an ape.

- This item might be a reference to the Planet of the Apes, a science-fiction novel wrote by the French writer, Pierre Boulle.
- The item's name is a reference to one of the Soldier's domination lines.
