Is there a reason this page has been full-protected? Seems kinda weird. Water Armpit 04:40, 1 October 2010 (UTC)

Add to trivia that this also has jigglebones, the pom pom on the top bounces with movement. UrCa1988 07:06, 1 October 2010 (UTC)

^sorry I think its my bad tell me how to fix and I gladly willRpR 10:16, 1 October 2010 (UTC)

WillRpR: Protecting / Unprotecting pages is a job that only Wiki staff can do. We were protecting pages until the basic structure of the page was in place, to ensure our formatting guidelines are adhered too. The page is unprotected now, you don't need to do anything. :) -RJ 10:20, 1 October 2010 (UTC)

sorry for the general noobiness RpR 10:31, 1 October 2010 (UTC)

Do we really need to say that it's paintable, seeing as a great many hats are, it seems a bit pointless to say it so specifically on this page. Discdeath 17:22, 1 October 2010 (UTC)

Considering some hats aren't paintable, I think it's fair to say it should be mentioned. UrCa1988 18:46, 2 October 2010 (UTC)

The list of hats that can be painted are listed here so it's not necessary at the moment, we may add that to the infobox --Firestorm 18:49, 2 October 2010 (UTC)
Whoops, it's already been added --Firestorm 18:50, 2 October 2010 (UTC)

"With white paint this hat may seem pink in a very dark light"? I think that is just your eyes playing with you, and even then it doesn't seem too trivia worthy. Do we need it?

Paint changes

Has the way paint effects Napper's Respite changed for anyone else? I painted it white two days ago and it would be white with team-colored stripes. Now it's white with yellow stripes on either team. I'm quite disappointed. --CommodoreJim 00:39, 7 October 2010 (UTC)

Yes, some hats have changed. See October 6, 2010 Patch for details.-RJ 00:42, 7 October 2010 (UTC)

It's not on that list of paint changes in the patch notes, though. --CommodoreJim 00:58, 7 October 2010 (UTC)

Yeah, Valve tends to do that a lot. We got used to it. -- Vi3trice (talk) 01:00, 7 October 2010 (UTC)

Speaking of the paint changing, could someone re-do the main picture of the default hat? It still has the teamcolors applied to it. ````

Apparently it changed so its wholly colored, yet mdlviewer says otherwise. Am I missing something? --Vaught 22:30, 29 October 2010 (UTC)

Name

Anyone else think the name is a play on Rappers delight? -Ravedave 19:16, 5 October 2010 (UTC)

There was a Sugarhill reference I put up awhile ago in the trivia section but it seems nineaxis keeps removing it, I doubt the name is unrelatedRpR 17:57, 9 October 2010 (UTC)

oct. 8th, gatsby: um someone should change it, or at least make it known, that the hat and paint section is all wrong, it now keeps the yellow stripes and isnt team-colored at all. even the basic hat is different now.--The preceding unsigned comment was added by Gatsby2367 (talk) • contribs) 09:08, 8 October 2010

Thanks. We'll get that done ASAP. -RJ 09:21, 8 October 2010 (UTC)
