- The hat description was written by Silentman for the Hat Describing Contest.
Trivia
- The quiff and sunglasses look was popularized by Elvis Presley, who also made famous the song that the hat's name refers to. The item description also makes a reference to another one of Elvis's songs, "All Shook Up".
- However, the song Hound Dog was originally written by Jerry Leiber and Mike Stoller, and recorded by Willie Mae "Big Mama" Thornton in 1952.
