The License to Maim is a currently unreleased promotional Miscellaneous item to be worn by all classes. It appears as the Freelance Police badge used by the characters Sam and Max.
The medal is awarded after a player has unlocked it during a special round of Poker Night at the Inventory, this item can only be obtained by purchasing the game but it is unknown if multiple badges will be acquirable.
Trivia
- The License to Maim is most likely a reference to Sam & Max's violent and destructive behavior, and possibly a reference to the Maimtron 9000, a giant robot introduced in the Sam & Max series, as seen here: http://samandmax.wikia.com/wiki/Maimtron_9000
