Bread is an object that rarely appears when players teleport. Several seconds after spawning, the bread prop will disappear. There are currently nine different bread models.

Trivia

• Before being officially added to the game, bread was hinted at in the Two Cities Update page for Rottenburg, showing Archimedes flying away with a pretzel.
• Bread was also shown on the Adult Swim Extravaganza blog post, in the top right corner directly above the Scout.
• Bread was hinted at in a Lecture Valley page.
• Strangely, all bread props can be destroyed with the Short Circuit, similar to a projectile.
• There are 9 breads so this may lead to them being related to each class. The breads relate to each class as shown= Pretzel- Scout ( Since he comes from a area where pretzels are popular ) Burnt Bread- Pyro ( Since he burns things ) Cinnamon- Demoman ( Unknown but he is the final class left ) Cornbread- Engineer ( As he is from Texas where Cornbread is popular) Crumpet- Sniper ( Since Britain once ruled over Australia and left a influence ) Loaf- Medic ( Since this loaf looks familiar to a Rye Bread Loaf common with Germans ) Ration- Soldier ( Since he is military and most Military are given rations ) Russian Black Bread- Heavy ( Since he is Russian ).
