General

Added a new "Custom Blueprint" option to the Special blueprints in the Crafting menu
Synced with all changes and fixes from the official release

Undocumented changes

Added "A Little Heart to Heart" (Meet the Medic menu music)
Replaced the Beta Bonesaw and Beta Syringe Gun models with the Solemn Vow and Overdose models respectively.
