Since beta access is currently limited, we need anyone who has a Self-Made or Community quality item. (Wiki Caps count) Valve said that anyone who has one will automatically have beta access. --

I've made a organized page, because this page is relly bad (and is linked from main page). If you want to improve this article, please doet here User:Tark/Competitive. All competitive medals are already uploaded, named as File:Competitive badge rank001.png to rank018. Please remove all speculations and poor text before "import" the content.
