Pictogram minus.png Disagree -- Reduction to historical note instead of deletion: Rather than deleting the page, keep the Infobox, and delete most of the text and replace it with a past-tense statement like:

The Steam Users' Forums were the official Valve-hosted message boards for the Steam Community. The Steam Users' Forums contained a discussion board for nearly every game on Steam, including Team Fortress 2. In 201?, The Steam Users' Forums were replaced by .....

And add any other historically relevant information, like when it was replaced and by what. There are still over a hundred pages linked to this article and maybe they don't necessarily deserve to have the link deleted. Yes, there is high likelihood that any article linking to this needs maintenance, so, I don't think it should be deleted outright, but reduced to a few historical statements. I concur, if for no other reason than historical significance. In addition, it is likely that there will be people that return to TF2 after a long absence and cannot find the fora. The Wiki is the most current resource so it would be a logical place to check for recent developments. --- Esky Killicon pumpkin.png 20:37, 11 July 2017 (PDT)
I agree as well. I say we make this into an article about a forum that once existed, and make a new article about the new forums instead of updating this one (Steam Discussions?). ⇒Leaderboard class spy.png Anyar (talk/contributions/giveaway) 01:20, 15 July 2017 (PDT)
Go for it. I had entertained replacing the article with the above statement, but much of the article could be kept (Were the Layout section and the listing of the Team Fortress 2 sub-forums were ever necessary?) The Site compromise and Suggestions sections have more historic interest. If information is kept, there could be a general revision to past tense in sentences where present tense is now non-factual. I agree with you Anyar. It is better to create a new page. P3rkzitos (talk) 13:58, 15 July 2017 (PDT)
