- There should be a reference at the article or here on the talk page that proves whether or not that is true. I did find the phrase "ma petite chou-fleu" (in reference to a person) in 3 pre-2001 books that are at Google Books, so it is not just the red spy that says "Ma petite chou-fleur." (at the beginning of this video):

The article currently says <<The song title means approximately "little cauliflower" (actually it should be "Petit Chou-Fleur"). In Meet the Spy, this phrase is used as an endearment toward loved ones, although it is rarely used in French culture.>>
The argument of "petite" instead of "petit" is correct in this video (red spy says "Ma petite chou-fleur." at the beginning):
