Create page link

This template links to the 'full page name' edit/create page. E.g. When used on Test, it directs to 

 https://wiki.teamfortress.com/w/index.php?title=Test/&action=edit

When used on Test/da, it directs to 

 https://wiki.teamfortress.com/w/index.php?title=Test/da&action=edit

 {{fullurl:{{BASEPAGENAME}}|action=edit}}

This template ignores '/lang' part and always directs to page edit/create in English.

Currently FULLPAGENAME is used in this template and (for example) Test/da links to create 'Test/da' page. This may or may not be problematic. When BASEPAGENAME is used, Test/da would link to create 'Test' page.

Translations need to be corrected accordingly — Sam (a.k.a. cnoe) 17:19, 2 April 2018 (UTC)
