Punctuation (Help:Editing)

Thank you for joining. About your edit to Help:Editing, which I reverted. (Almost every editor gets their first edit reverted.)

1. Headings are title case unless proper nouns.
2. Periods are used only on full sentences.
3. "" is preferred, “” are liable to get corrected.

Each of these rules are the same as for Wikipedia.

An exception; partial sentences in lists tend to get periods on this wiki.
