The Siberian Sophisticate is a community-created promotional cosmetic item for the Heavy. It is a button down, white shirt, which is worn under the Heavy's default shirt. The sleeves are rolled up and a team-colored tie is tight around the collar. The item also adds a barcode to the back of his head.
The Siberian Sophisticate was awarded in Genuine quality to players who pre-ordered Hitman: Absolution on Steam before November 19th, 2012.
The Siberian Sophisticate was later contributed to the Steam Workshop, at Valve's request.
