Point-blank kills is a part that count kills when you are really close to enemy (u need to like hug to him or part won't work) best weapons to put that part are: Scattergun Shotgun Maybe panic attack backscatter soda popper frontier justice and ofc maybe melle because when to hit someone u need to be really close (also why shotguns you ask? because to deal maximum damage you need to be close (not that close like melee weapons but still) and yeah you get the point)
