The Kathman-Hairdo is a community-created cosmetic item for the Heavy. It replaces the head of the Heavy with that of a Yeti. The head comes with fully-enabled facial flexing for voice commands and responses.

- The item's name is based off Kathmandu, the capital city of Nepal.
