Team Fortress 2

Casual Improvements
- Random critical hits have been disabled by default in Casual
- Added "Enable/Disable Random Crits" votes
- Quickplay has been added back while also being optional
- Added captcha for bots.
- Improved the votekicking system.
- Added rd_asteroid, rd_uranus, rd_planet to map rotation.
- Computers running on linux can no longer join Casual or Competitive matches due to the bots.
- Unmuted Free to Plays.
Balance Changes
- Reverted to Pre Jungle Inferno Ambassador.
- The Darwins Danger Shield now has a 20% bullet vulnerability.
- The Ullapool Caber is now rechargable.
- Buffed heavy's movement by 10%
- Removed ctf_turbine from competitive map pool.
- The Thermal Thruster now has a 0.6 holster time.
- Gave Dead Ringer the "Sketchek's Bequest" stat.
- Added The Assault Cannon and The Condensed Compressor.
General Improvements
- Optimized Dragon's Fury particles due to lag spikes.
- Finished rd_asteroid.
- Added 3 new official Robot Destruction maps.
- Updated the gamehaptics.txt file
- Made higher quality loading screen hud elements. (1366x768 to 3840x2160)
- All servers now allow custom first person mods.
- Added MasterComfig's configs in the settings.
- Added a timer to all Capture the Flag maps
- Fixed a server crash caused by a mismatched items schema.
- Removed any trace of Wutville.
- Players can no longer build on the inside of spawn inside Pier.
- Added new promo items
- Fixed hats sometimes appearing multiple times in incorrect locations when changing classes
- Fixed Demoman shields not reducing explosive damage in non-MvM games
- Fixed the tf_bot_add command using the same name for all of the bots when adding multiple bots simultaneously
- Moved map descriptions into the localization files
- Map descriptions will still be loaded from the maps folder first if they exist
- Fixed seeing the fire texture on Gold Botkiller items in DirectX 8
- Fixed a bug that allowed malicious servers to execute restricted console commands on players
- Fixed a bug that allowed malicious servers to prevent players from executing console commands
- Fixed MvM intro video not playing on some Macs
- Fixed the sound precache string table being nearly full in non-MvM games
- This was causing the "error writing string table baseline" and "failed reading message net_SetConVar" errors.
- Added bot compatibility for Capture the Flag maps.
- Updated/Added some tournament medals
- Updated the localization files
