Engie Extinguisher

Does the engineer get a point if his dispenser extinguishes a teammate?

Bonus Points

We don't really have a list of bonus points anywhere on the Wiki, and quite frankly, I'm not entirely sure what gives a bonus point. I know Heavy throwing sandvich does, extinguishing a temmate with airblast, and a scout killing a fully charged medic, but other than that, I have no idea. Balladofwindfishes 12:55, 1 May 2011 (UTC)

There is also extinguishing a team mate with jarate or mad milk. I THINK (could be wrong) that bonking with the sandman gives points also. These aren't listed as going towards bonus points on this page so perhaps it may be worth adding that, although I don't know where it could be put and still appear neatly Casperr 13:12, 26 December 2011 (PST)

Spurred by this question on the Stack Exchange, I did some research and put it (in combination with other peoples' research) into a column on this page. Toomai Glittershine 19:25, 5 March 2012 (PST)

Cart pushing

Is the 10 seconds of pushing the cart for two points consecutive or cumulative? In other words, can you get the points by pushing for 1 second 10 times, or does it have to be 10 seconds all at once? Toomai Glittershine 15:20, 5 October 2011 (PDT)

I want to say is cumulative, but im not entirely sure. User M-NINJA Signature.png 15:23, 5 October 2011 (PDT)

Mann Vs. Machine

This will need an update for Mann Vs. Machine!

Reflected arrow headshots

...need research to see if they count as 0.5 for headshots and 0.5 for bonus. Toomai Glittershine 20:51, 1 September 2012 (PDT)

character avatars

On some computers the character avatar is a model of your character(with cosmetics) but others have a portrait of piece of art of the class, and I don’t know why or how but I think it should be added to the main article.

Huntsman point physics

Someone got confused by the trivia, so I'll explain it here since I don't think explaining it would work well on the page itself.

  • If you have 0 kills, 0 headshots, and 0 bonus (total: 0), and get a Huntsman headshot kill, you now have 1 kill, 1 headshot, and 1 bonus (total: 1 + (0.5 -> 0) + (0.5 -> 0) = 1). Your score increased by 1.
  • If you have 1 kill, 0 headshots, and 1 bonus (total: 1 + 0 + (0.5 -> 0) = 1), and get a Huntsman headshot kill, you now have 2 kills, 1 headshot, and 2 bonus (total: 2 + (0.5 -> 0) + 1 = 3). Your score increased by 2.
  • If you have 1 kill, 1 headshot, and 1 bonus (total: 1 + (0.5 -> 0) + (0.5 -> 0) = 1), and get a Huntsman headshot kill, you now have 2 kills, 2 headshots, and 2 bonus (total: 2 + 1 + 1 = 4). Your score increased by 3.

The trivia was actually referring to something else. Imagine you join a server and score a huntsman headshot kill. You have 1 point in kills, 1/2 in headshots, and 1/2 in bonus. Your score reads 1, whereas it is actually 2. You then switch to engineer, teleport a player and make an assist kill. You now have 1 point in kills, 1/2 in teleports, 1/2 in kill assists, 1/2 in headshots, and 1/2 in bonus. Your score reads 1, whereas it is actually 3.
What the trivia was trying to articulate, badly, was that getting a huntsman headshot kill could cause your score to "decrease" i.e. not show an accurate value by virtue of these half-points. Darkid (Talk|Contribs) 14:53, 27 September 2013 (PDT)
Maybe I'll add something explaining that to the article then, and keep the Huntsman trivia as-is because no other single action can appear to have such a large spread. Toomai Glittershine 11:06, 30 September 2013 (PDT)
