The Twisted Topper is a community-created cosmetic item for all classes. It is an orange and black top hat with a striped crown and a purple band with a grey buckle that resembles a jack-o'-lantern.
This item has two styles, named "Bow Tie" and "No Bow Tie". The "Bow Tie" style also features an orange shirt collar with a dark purple bow tie that resembles a bat (except for the Engineer and Sniper, where they only gain the bow tie), while the "No Bow Tie" style features only the top hat.
Additionally, when worn by the Spy, the "Bow Tie" style will add a white dress shirt underneath the orange collar and bow tie.
The Twisted Topper was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
