Summary
Returning tf2 player that enjoys collecting and reading balance takes and analyzing them.
(Namely to pretend that there would be an upcoming update based on reading fan updates, tf2 update when)
Still a huge WIP, will update with more links and decorate this page a bit more.

I barely have any criteria for balance documents, so long as:
1) Your balance document/post/server must have at least 40 changes -- General class changes count as one change
2) The document itself should not have more than 70-75% custom weapons, in other words if you find your post being mostly custom weapons with minimal official changes, that's not a balance document but a custom weapon sheet instead, which would not be included
3) It must be finished basically -- Vague definition I know, but as long as every class has something, even if the document isn't final, it will be considered
How I judge the quality of a balance document (As of 19th October 2022) is also largely based on a few factors:
1) Quality of the changes (Goes without saying)
2) Originality (While high quality ideas are fine, what I really enjoy reading are brand new takes on weapons no one (or barely anyone) has touched on this idea, even if it may sound silly or stupid -- it irks me when 20-30% of a page is a direct port from other people's ideas, even if these ideas are great)
3) Justification and reasoning (Can you explain why you made such changes? Even if your changes are questionable, so long as the reasoning is reasonable, its a decent concept)
4) Access to playtesting (While only a small proportion of my list have access to playtesting, having actual live combat data is always more impactful than simply writing theories and ideas on paper)
5) Personal bias (A bit petty but you might be knocked down a notch simply because I don't enjoy our interactions and conversations, but I try to be reasonable)
A more detailed "mark scheme" is starting to be in development since 16th March 2023, will post here somewhere when its done.
