This template adds the comment "[Item] is set up for paint to be applied, but the ability to do so is disabled." that always preceeds the {{Painted variants unused}} template.

item(s)– The item(s) in question.

The item(s) parameter does not use automatic translation. Translators are required to insert this parameter in their own languages.
