Untitled

I have recently added two images to the archive of this picture. Both of which has been disputed to being fan-made which I am concerned over. Would it be admissible if it was suppose to be fanmade, but it has a much defined similarity between the actual representation and a replica of it? The image of itself is quite blurry to its own manner. I would like to get suggestions on the action to perform at this controversial state.
