Questions

Is this template finished? Also, is it correct some creators don't feature links to their profiles?

It's already in use, so yes.

I think these strings in english don't use the quotation mark, looking at the localization files, also for other languages Mgpt (talk) 18:55, 19 January 2024 (UTC)

In the loc file they use a single quotation mark, but we've been using the quotation marks since the start of the Wiki, so I don't think it's an issue. It should use {{Qmark}} imo, as it's localised versions of the quotation marks. Though this may have to be moved to the dictionary instead.
