The Rifleman's Regalia is a community-created cosmetic item for the Sniper. It is a safari jacket with a sash, a military ribbon, a pair of epaulettes, and a day cravat. Its belt buckle is adorned by the Team Fortress logo.
The Rifleman's Regalia was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
