  • Undead Scourge-> Vampirical aura=>Sentries heal Engineer
  • Vampirical aura=>Taunt kills can overheal
  • Vampirical aura=>Normal attacks can overheal
  • Chronos
    • Chronosphere will not block taunt attacks, the only exception would be Pyro's Hadouken
  • Human Alliance, Orcish Horde
    • Abilities that grant partial invisibility will not hide Hats, Miscellaneous items, or Intelligences.
  • Human Alliance
    • Devotion Aura will be kept as overheal, but only if the user isn't hurt. After the user gets hurt, the overheal will decay as usual.
  • Sacred Warrior
    • With a decent level Inner Vitality and a Ring of Vitality you can stay underwater permanently.
