The Hellish Overlord is a community-created cosmetic item for the Heavy. It gives the Heavy a spiky, dark-fantasy themed metal helmet shaped like a skullcap, with tall horns and glowing team-colored menacing eyes.
The Hellish Overlord was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
