Question: does anyone know if the naming similarity between this cosmetic and the real-life Battle of Balaclava is intentional?

Also...

Can somebody who owns the Balaclava in-game confirm if the "No Hands" style still hides Heavy's hand group? Because it does that when you inspect the item both in-game and on loadout.tf, and frankly, it would be VERY funny if it did. How do you insert images again?
