The Vintage Tyrolean is a headwear item for the Medic. It is a dark team colored felt Template:W with a braided cord band around the crown, with a formal-looking crest and a feather added as trim, both of which are also team colored; when RED, the feather is only colored on its tip, while BLU, the entire top half is colored. The narrow brim slopes downward towards the front, and is folded flat against the crown in the back.
