Der Sniper

Advanced Weaponiser ist ein SourceMod Server Plugin, dass zusätzliche Items zu Team Fortress 2 hinzufügt. Es wurde von Mecha the Slag entwickelt.

Basic Use

Advanced Weaponiser remembers players via their Steam ID, letting them retain their items and equipment settings between visits to the server. When connecting to the server for the first time, a player will not have any Weaponiser items, but will be granted one shortly after spawning. Any player who respawns will occasionally be granted one Weaponiser item that they don't yet have (continuing until they have every non-restricted weapon), being announced with a text alert and in-game fanfare which mimics the process of earning official weapons and achievements. In the receiving player's HUD, the 'radio' menu displays the name, class and statistics of the weapon they've just found, and they have the option of either equipping it immediately or dismissing the message. The plugin also has its own achievements system (based upon one of Mecha's other plugins), and players who fulfill the achievement conditions are rewarded with Weaponiser's wearable items.

Spieler Befehle

Wie bei den meisten SourceMod Plugins, muss am Anfang eines Befehls ein ! oder / geschrieben werden. Sollte ! benutzt werden, wird der Befehl im Chat sichtbar, während / dies verhindert. Alle Befehle zeigen ihren Inhalt im 'Radio' Menü an:

  • ach oder achievements - Eine Liste der Weaponiser Errungenschaften für die Klasse, die gerade gespielt wird, unterteilt in 'Erreicht' und 'Nicht Erreicht'.
  • achall oder achievementsall - Eine Komplette Liste der Weaponiser Errungenschaften für alle Klassen, unterteilt in 'Erreicht' und 'Nicht Erreicht'.
  • info <Waffen Name> - Zeigt den Namen, die Klasse und die Statistik für diese Waffen.
  • loadout - Eine Anzeige zum Ausrüsten von Items, die der Spieler gefunden hat, sortiert nach der jeweiligen Position (Primär, Sekundär, Nahkampf und Hut). Nur Items für die gerade gespielte Klasse werden angezeigt.
  • news - Ein Archive mit allen Änderungen, die am Plugin vorgenommen wurden, in umgekehrter chronologischer Reihenfolge. Das Datum und die Plugin Version werden nicht angezeigt.

Bekannte Fehler

  • Inspecting a player that's using Weaponiser equipment causes accurate pro/con/description data to be shown, but the weapon's name, name color and icon are rarely correct.
  • Weapons with custom viewmodels flicker back and forth between the custom weapon and the weapon it's skinning, due to glitched idle and firing animations. Some weapons do not have custom viewmodels.
  • Item sets that are equipped on the regular loadout will carry their pros and cons, even when equipping the Weaponiser's weapons.
  • Using Your Eternal Reward with The Great Escape can sometimes cause enemies to see classes (the disguised Spy) carrying weapons that do not belong to that class, e.g. a Scout carrying a Minigun.
  • The Blizzard Builder will still destroy Buildings upon respawn if the Engineer originally had the Gunslinger equipped.

Sonstiges

  • The Elektric Assurance's model was made specifically for Advanced Weaponiser, but was also submitted to Valve's contribution page.
  • Several weapons in Weaponiser are based on unused content or beta weapons.
  • So far, two Weaponiser items have had certain aspects officially added to the game: the Endless Carnage had its stats used for the Back Scratcher, while the Fists of Steel retained their model and name (but not stats). The two items are still available in Weaponiser, with the Fists of Steel being the "Alternative Fists of Steel" with its Weaponiser stats and the Endless Carnage gaining a new set of stats.
    • In addition, the Loch-n-Load looks very similar to the RainMan. However, the models are not identical.
  • A function similar to that of the Gentle Manne's Olde Firecannone is attached to an official weapon in the latest update of the TF2 Beta, called the Detonator.
  • The model of the The Heart Opener is based on the Yatagarasu's Key from Ace Attorney Investigations: Miles Edgeworth.
